The second tranche of the eRecovery program: conditions and requirements for receiving.


The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is starting the next phase of the compensation program for citizens. This Time, the focus is on the participants of the eRecovery program who have decided to receive a financial payment for the construction of new housing on their land plot.
According to the department's message, recipients of compensation can expect a second tranche to complete the construction.
Conditions for receiving the second tranche
- prepare project and estimate documentation in accordance with legal requirements and upload it to the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction
- start construction works
- spend 90% of the funds from the first tranche
- submit a notification of changes in the data in the notification of the start of construction works - through the CNAP or the Diya portal
- submit a notification of readiness for interim verification. This can be done through the Diya app in the section 'eRecovery - Payment for construction'. There it will be necessary to upload supporting documents and construction photos.
Cost estimate documentation must be developed by certified specialists and uploaded to the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.
After registering the notification of changes in data, the local government commission must conduct an inspection of the construction, cost estimate, and supporting documents.
The Ministry of Communities Development of Ukraine continues to implement the compensation program for citizens, providing a second tranche for the construction of new housing on their own land plots to the participants of the eRecovery program.
