Russian troops in Odesa led to two deaths
The Odesa Regional Military Administration reported two deaths during the attack by Russian troops in Odesa. Another person, a 17-year-old boy, was injured and is receiving necessary assistance. The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, also noted that water supply is gradually being restored in the city and region, and repairs are ongoing to restore heating and electricity to consumers.
Earlier, Oleg Kiper informed that hospitals and critical infrastructure in Odesa are operating thanks to generators. Currently, 445 points of resilience have been deployed in the region, and another 357 can be opened if necessary. Social media of the State Emergency Service in the Odesa region also reported fires in three private residential houses and damage to four other houses due to shelling.
On November 17, Russian occupation forces carried out mass launches of missiles of various types. According to Zelensky, Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones, but Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed over 140 aerial targets. Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko stated that Russian terrorists are attacking energy facilities across the country with missiles.
