Loud Driving Prohibited - What Awaits Drivers in Odesa.

In the last day, Odesa police have drawn up 10 administrative protocols against drivers who use 'straight-through mufflers' and 'sport exhausts'. According to the Odesa Patrol Police report, this leads to situations where many locals are scared, thinking that shelling has begun.
The patrol continues to detect illegal technical modifications on cars, such as 'straight-through mufflers' and 'sport exhausts'. Ten protocols have already been issued for violation of part 1 of article 121 of the Code of Administrative Offences, which provides for a fine of 680 hryvnias.
'This is not a fabrication, but a real example of how drivers neglect the traffic rules and the safety of those around them. Do not ignore the situation in the country. Responsibility is also part of the resistance!'
It is worth noting that the noise from such exhaust modifications can resemble the sound of drones or rockets, which can cause panic among people and lead to negative consequences in conflict or war situations.
