The Ministry of Defense simplifies interaction with weapons manufacturers through a 'single window'.

The state enterprise of the Ministry of Defense 'Defense Procurement Agency' is improving its cooperation with the market, providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with ammunition, drones, and military equipment.
To ensure transparency and equal access to the procurement process, a centralized window will be launched on the official website of the Agency for collecting proposals from manufacturers and suppliers.
In the 'Suppliers' section, companies wishing to offer products for defense can undergo a verification procedure by leaving the necessary information about themselves.
The introduction of a 'single window' simplifies access for manufacturers and suppliers to participate in procurements and speeds up the processing of proposals. This is one of the steps towards a transparent and predictable interaction with the market,' said the director of the Defense Procurement Agency, Arsen Zhumadilov.
The workflow of this window will be as follows:
- The supplier/manufacturer fills in basic information about themselves and their products on the website;
- The DPA conducts a verification check and makes a decision on inclusion in the register of verified suppliers or rejection with justification;
- Verified suppliers will receive requests for commercial proposals according to established needs;
- The requests will contain information about the date and Time of procurements, as well as feedback on their results;
- A contract will be signed with the winner.
The DEFENSE PROCUREMENT AGENCY emphasized that this approach will encourage confidentiality and protection of commercial proposals, as well as ensure rapid processing and equal opportunities for all market participants.
