Changes in the real estate market in Ukraine have not taken long to manifest - prices are rising, especially for one-bedroom apartments. Analysts from OLX Real Estate found that the highest prices remain in Odesa, reaching UAH 1.8 million, which is 24% more than last year.

During this period, there has also been a noticeable increase in the number of marriages in the country, particularly in Kyiv and other regions. This may indicate certain socio-cultural changes in society that are affecting various aspects of citizens' lives.
The rise in housing prices in southern Ukraine may be associated with a decrease in supply in the market, which manifests itself in the increase in demand and prices for real estate.
