Russia Asks for Too Much: Vance on Kremlin's Territorial Claims Against Ukraine.

JD Vance: The US Aims to Preserve Ukraine's Sovereignty
US Vice President JD Vance stated in his interview with Fox News that the United States aims to preserve Ukraine's sovereignty and will not allow Russia to gain territories that it has not even conquered yet. Vance emphasized that Ukraine must remain a sovereign country, and Russia cannot expect territorial gains.
Vance also noted that Russia has made inflated demands due to its belief in its victory in the war. He expressed satisfaction with the discussion of a ceasefire and the submission of specific proposals by both sides. However, should Russia take a disingenuous approach to negotiations, the US might withdraw from the process, leaving Ukraine and Russia to resolve the conflict on their own.
