Russia has changed its tactics for transporting Ukrainian children from occupied territories.

Russian occupiers are involving children from occupied territories of Ukraine in military actions
According to Russia's plans, by 2035, over 1.5 million people will be trained to operate drones and service equipment. This training process also includes children with disabilities. North Korean human rights activist and director of the 'Institute of Strategic Research and Security' Pavlo Lysiansky reported that Russian occupiers are handing over drone controllers to children in wheelchairs living in social institutions. This is done to involve Ukrainian children in military actions against their own country.
Following the International Criminal Court's issuance of an arrest warrant for Putin for the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia, Russian occupiers changed their method of transporting children. Now, Russian citizens arriving in occupied territories are receiving documents on Ukrainian children and taking them with them. This is done to avoid personal responsibility for the crime and to create a collective image that aligns with the interests of the Russian people. The return of such children to Ukraine is complicated, as Russian occupiers and adoptive parents hide information and alter the child's data.
Despite this, Ukraine manages to return children thanks to the joint efforts of state institutions, the human rights community, and an international coalition that includes various countries. Each returned child restores a lost life. It is important to note that this process occurs in silence and requires significant effort.
