The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the Office of the Prosecutor General, has announced charges against Dmytro Patrushev — the Deputy Head of the Government of the aggressor country and the son of the influential Kremlin official Mykola Patrushev. He is accused of organizing the systematic export of Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories. After careful investigation, it was revealed that since the beginning of the war, more than 4 million tons of grain crops have been exported. The looted agricultural products from the temporarily occupied parts of the regions were transported to Russia, and from there they were exported by a 'shadow fleet' to the countries of the Middle East and North Africa.Dmytro Patrushev has been charged with committing a war crime in conspiracy by a group of individuals, but he remains in the territory of the aggressor country, making it difficult to undertake measures for bringing him to justice. Meanwhile, attention has also been drawn to the detention of Chinese citizens in Ukraine for espionage and the high-profile murder of a senior SBU official in Kyiv.
