Berehove is a real gem of Transcarpathia, known for its healing thermal waters. In July 2025, this place transforms into a magnet for tourists from various parts of Ukraine and abroad, thanks to its unique pools with hot springs that provide an opportunity to relieve fatigue, improve health, and recharge energy. However, before making travel plans, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the entrance prices and visiting conditions of the complexes.
The editorial office of Novyny.LIVE shares information about the current entrance prices for thermal complexes in Berehove, including the popular 'Zhayvoronok' complex and the state thermal pool.
Prices at the 'Zhayvoronok' complex
The wellness complex 'Zhayvoronok' is one of the leaders in thermal tourism in Transcarpathia. Here you can find both indoor and outdoor pools, and thanks to the heating system, the water always maintains a comfortable temperature year-round.

For the entire day:
- adults - 450 UAH;
- children up to 150 cm - 225 UAH.
For two hours:

- children under 120 cm - free;
- children from 120 to 150 cm - 150 UAH.
Discounts are also available for military personnel, pensioners, and guests of the complex's hotels.
State Thermal Pool 'Transcarpathia'
The sports recovery base 'Transcarpathia' is another popular spot for thermal relaxation in Berehove. One of its main advantages is affordable prices while maintaining high-quality services.
In July 2025, the entry price for this complex is:
For a whole day for adults - 400 UAH;
For two and a half hours:
- adults - 180 UAH;
- children up to 13 years - 100 UAH.
In the pools of the sports base, the temperature remains above 30°C, and the water has a sodium-chloride composition, which is beneficial for the skin, heart, vessels, and nerves.
The price at 'Transcarpathia' is significantly lower than in other places. However, one should not forget that the service here might not be as high as, for example, at 'Zhayvoronok', - notes blogger Viktor Stynych.
Advice for visitors to thermal complexes
- Plan ahead: check prices and working hours on the official websites of the complexes.
- Bring with you: a towel, a swimming cap (at 'Zhayvoronok' it will be provided to you for free), and spare shoes.
- Follow the rules: do not stay in the water for more than 2 hours, especially if you have heart issues.
- Take advantage of discounts: preferential rates are provided for pensioners, military personnel, and children.
- Try the local cuisine: excellent dishes of Transcarpathian and Hungarian cuisine are served in restaurants near the pools.
Every year, thousands of tourists visit the Bukovel ski resort. Although prices here are somewhat lower in summer than in winter, the rest still costs quite a bit.
We also described the Korostyshiv quarry, which was once the center of intensive mineral extraction but now has become a popular spot that combines incredible views and a rich industrial history. It is now a well-known location for tourists and photographers, showcasing the transformation from an industrial site to a natural monument.
