Ukraine at the OSCE called the goal of Russia's deceptive statements about the war.

Russia uses the OSCE for its aggressive actions - stated the Ukrainian delegation
The Ukrainian delegation at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) stated that Russia's speeches in this organization indicate that the RF is using it solely to justify its aggressive actions, while Russia's true interest lies in dismantling the international order. This is stated in the announcement of the Ukrainian delegation, which was published during the OSCE Security Cooperation Forum meeting in Vienna.
The statement indicates that the situation on the ground demonstrates that the RF not only ignored all peace initiatives but also began to escalate them more actively. The number of attacks on civilians is increasing, and the number of prisoners of war is growing. At the same Time, Russia's interaction with North Korea and Iran has reached unprecedented levels.
Participants of the Ukrainian mission emphasize that this has become particularly evident at the joint meeting of the Security Cooperation Forum and the OSCE Permanent Council, where several countries expressed their concern about the escalation of Russia's involvement of North Korean troops in aggressive warfare against Ukraine.
Ukrainian officials also stressed that the response from the Russian side was in any way negative, as if openly denying any grounds for concern. This indicates that Russia uses the OSCE as a means to justify its aggressive actions. The Ukrainian delegation calls for the aggressive war of Russia to be stopped and for the restoration of a world order based on respect for agreed norms and principles of international law.
