In Odesa, a writer accused the TCК of beating her son. An investigation has been launched.

Journalist Viktoria Koltunova from Odesa stated that her son Maksym was beaten by employees of the TCК. She claims that the military demanded money from the boy and left him unconscious on the street. Maksym had documents confirming the disability of his mother and wife, but this did not stop the TCК employees. The man was beaten for a long Time and they tried to extort money. After that, they threw him onto the road, thinking he was dead. However, Viktoria Koltunova took her son to the hospital, where several injuries were discovered, including broken ribs, a punctured lung, a splenic bruise, and a concussion. She also reported that she called the police, but her appeal was not accepted. The administration of the Odesa regional TCК stated that it is conducting a service inspection and will assist the police in the investigation if the beating is confirmed.

According to order No. 402, men aged 18 to 60 who have the status of 'limited fit' must undergo a repeated military-medical commission. This order came into effect simultaneously with the law signed by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky 'On Amendments to Some Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Provision of Social Protection Rights for Servicemen and Police' dated April 2.

It is planned that a new reform of military-medical commissions will be introduced in Ukraine, which aims to eliminate the need to visit territorial recruitment centers.
