A System for Accounting Non-Material Damage Will Be Launched in Ukraine.

The system for accounting information about non-material damage will be implemented in Ukraine, announced Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. According to him, there is already a State Register of property damaged by the aggressor. However, an Accounting System for Non-Material Damage Information will be added to this register. It will contain data on the deportation of Ukrainians, the killings of innocent Russians, and missing persons. This system will become an important element in cooperation with partners and the use of Russian frozen assets for the recovery and stabilization of Ukraine. The government is forming an international compensation mechanism based on the principle of 'Russia will pay,' which includes the Register of Damages.
