Military Man from Odesa Assaulted Acquaintance in Yard - How the Court Punished Him.

The military man, a native of the village of Matroska, had an argument with his acquaintance in the yard of his house. During the conflict, the serviceman punched his opponent in the left eye, and after he fell, he dealt him several kicks to the torso. The victim sustained minor bodily injuries and filed a lawsuit.

The soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Odesa beat his acquaintance with his hands and feet near his house. The man filed a lawsuit against him, and the case was reviewed in the Izmail District Court.

What the Court Decided

The defendant was found guilty of part 1 of Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Intentional infliction of minor bodily injury leading to a temporary disruption of health). He has to pay a fine of 850 hryvnias.
