Drivers can be deprived of their rights at the request of the TCC.

Changes in the rules for the withdrawal of driver's licenses from military conscripts in Ukraine
The Parliament of Ukraine will consider a new draft law that provides for the withdrawal of a driver's license from conscripted men who have been temporarily restricted by a court from driving vehicles. According to the updated version of the document, if a person is deprived of driving rights or temporarily restricted from them, the driver's license will be confiscated by the National Police or the person will voluntarily submit it to the relevant authority.
The draft law also provides for changes regarding the conditions for acquiring the right to drive a car, including the validity period of the license for those obtaining it for the first Time. Driving rights will cease to be valid in cases of deprivation of driving rights, identification of a driver's license issued on the basis of fictitious documents, and other violations. Information about these restrictions or their cancellation will be entered into the Unified State Register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
