The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Saturday, September 21, 2024.
Russia's Losses in the War as of September 21, 2024
RF in the war with Ukraine as of September 21 lost:
- personnel – about 640920 (+1440) people,
- tanks – 8746 (+21) units,
- armored combat vehicles – 17170 (+38) units,
- artillery systems – 18270 (+58) units,
- MLRS – 1193 (+4) units,
- air defense systems – 949 (+0) units,
- aircraft – 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters – 328 (+0) units,
- UAVs of operational-tactical level – 15561 (+92),
- cruise missiles – 2593 (+0) units,
- ships / boats – 28 (+0) units,
- submarines – 1 (+0) units,
- vehicles and fuel tanks – 24966 (+68) units,
- special equipment – 3125 (+10).

Occupant Fleet Activity as of September 21
- In the Black Sea, one enemy ship, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total volley of up to four missiles;
- no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- in the Mediterranean Sea, two enemy ships, which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total volley of up to 20 missiles.
During the day, in the interests of the RF, the Kerch Strait was traversed by:
- to the Black Sea – four vessels, three of which continued towards the Bosphorus Strait;to the Sea of Azov – eight vessels, four of which moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
RF continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) of 1974 by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS).
Currently, the 941st day of the full-scale war in Ukraine is ongoing.
