The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Sunday, November 3, 2024.
Russia's losses in the war as of November 3, 2024
As of November 3 in the war with Ukraine, the Russian Federation has lost:
- personnel – about 699,090 (+1410) people,
- tanks – 9,182 (+12) units,
- armored fighting vehicles – 18,523 (+36) units,
- artillery systems – 20,086 (+10) units,
- MLRS – 1,244 (+0) units,
- air defense systems – 994 (+0) units,
- aircraft – 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters – 329 (+0) units,
- UAVs of operational-tactical level – 18,187 (+70),
- cruise missiles – 2,629 (+1),
- ships/boats – 28 (+0) units,
- submarines – 1 (+0) units,
- automotive equipment and fuel tanks – 28,160 (+46) units,
- special equipment – 3,584 (+1).

Occupant fleet activity as of November 3
- In the Black Sea, one enemy ship, which is a carrier of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles;
- no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- in the Mediterranean Sea, one enemy ship, which is a carrier of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles.
During the day in the interests of the Russian Federation, the passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:
- to the Black Sea – five vessels, of which two continued movement towards the Bosphorus;
- to the Sea of Azov – seven vessels, of which one was moving from the Bosphorus.
The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974 (SOLAS), by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS).
Currently, the 984th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine is ongoing.
