The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, reported that new personnel changes will be made in the army. He noted that this is part of Ukraine's Resilience Plan, aimed at strengthening defense capabilities and developing military forces.
'There are specific reforms, specific decisions. These decisions are being implemented by specific people. These are not the last rearrangements. They will happen, as we need to move faster,' Zelensky stated.
As a result of these changes, which took place on November 29, Mykhailo Drapatiy became the Commander of the Ground Forces, Oleg Apostol was appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and Pavlo Palisa is now Deputy Head of the President's Office. These rearrangements are just part of larger reforms in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, President Zelensky emphasized the need to end the war and uphold Ukraine's position in response to Russian aggression.
