The Kherson authorities ask Zelensky to create a 'protective dome' against attacks from Russian drones
The head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, called on President Zelensky to provide assistance in creating a 'protective dome' that would protect people and critical infrastructure from Russian drones.
Currently, residents of the Kherson community suffer the most from drone attacks. Civilians die daily, on whom newly arrived Russian units are simply practicing.
According to Mrochko, from August to November alone, there were 1,666 drops and attacks from armed drones, resulting in the injury of 357 residents and the death of 30 civilians.
However, the UAV units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that were defending the right bank of Kherson from drones have been redeployed to other directions, while Russian occupiers continue their attacks on peaceful Kherson residents.
At this point, it is unclear whether President Volodymyr Zelensky will agree to create a 'protective dome' against Russian drones in Kherson.
