After his release, Tsubera is required to report to the supervisory authority, inform them of any changes in residence, work, or study, and is also prohibited from leaving the country without permission. Additionally, he is obliged to pay for the costs of conducting judicial examinations. Tsubera was released from the pre-trial detention center after paying 6058 hryvnias.
The deputy Tishchenko remains under preventive measure - round-the-clock house arrest and an electronic bracelet.
