President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the arrest warrant for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, issued by the International Criminal Court, does not completely solve the problem, but significantly restricts his international travels.
He stated this in his interview with The Times of India.
"Only one International Criminal Court will not completely solve the problem. It cannot fully influence Putin and his supporters. But together, they can end this war - leaders, the ICC, international law, the UN, the "twenty". We still feel the impact of the ICC.
Zelensky also noted that many leaders who adopted the Rome Statute would avoid trips to Russia.
"Mongolia once again confirmed that it, unfortunately, is not an independent country," he added.
Let us recall, Zelensky introduced martial law and mobilization in Ukraine.
